Refund Policy for Mechanic's Course · When enrolling, a class date will be assigned. If this date needs to be rescheduled, the class date must be changed at least one business day prior the scheduled date or the individual will be considered to have started class. · If an individual has re-rescheduled a class date twice, a non-refundable $50 deposit will be required prior to rescheduling a class date for the third time. This fee will be applied towards tuition. If the individual cancels or reschedules for the fourth time, the $50 fee will be forfeited and another $50 deposit will be required prior to rescheduling. · If paying by check, no refunds will be issued until the check clears the bank (7-10 days). · If paying by credit card, your credit card account will be credited. · Once you have officially enrolled, but prior to class starting: full refund less a $50 (fifty dollar) administration fee. · Refunds will be made in accordance with the following schedule: 1) Computer study or General section of O&P Prep in progress: full prices less $150 and any taken exams. 2) General section of O&P Prep completed, Airframe and Powerplant Section in progress: full price less $300 and any taken exams for General, Airframe, and Powerplant 3) After completion of O&P Prep, AEC will refund only AEC's cost of any untaken exams. Oral and Practical Prep Only
1) General section of O&P Prep in progress, full price
2) General section of O&P Prep completed, Airframe or
3) General and (Airframe or Powerplant) completed, 4) General, Airframe, or Powerplant only: no refund.
